CHANCEL FLOWERS THIS MORNING are given by the Blankmeyer Family to the glory of God and in honor of the Boy Scouts of America.
TODAY WE ARE CELEBRATING SCOUT SUNDAY. The charter has been renewed for Troop 23, and we are honoring all of the boys and girls who have contributed so much to CPC’s physical plant and activities. Today scouts are serving as liturgist, ushers and collecting the offering. We are happy to host Pack 23, Troop 23, Venturing 23 and Girl Scout Troop #457 throughout the year.
JOIN US THIS MORNING in Fellowship Hall for Extending the Table, when the Session will be hosting a time of listening. There will be opportunities for conversations around the congregation’s ministry for the coming year.
OUR VBS PLANNING MEETING has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 12 at 7:00 pm. Childcare will be available. Please let Amy Lisk know if you will attend, or if you won’t attend but would like to help at VBS. (VBS dates: July 22-26, 2019)

CPC Presbyterian Women are providing Valentine cards in the Narthex next Sunday, February 10, so that your Valentine gift this year will honor those you hold dear and provide comfort to those who need it most. Thank you for your continued support.

CONGRATULATIONS to Cameron Wilson Henning who achieved the rank of Eagle Scout on January 8. Cameron is the son of Jeff and Michele Henning, brother of Jonna, Kyle and Amanda., and grandson of Henry and Irene Henning. He is a member of Boy Scout Troop 216, Lionville. To earn the rank of Eagle, a Scout must earn at least 21 merit badges and demonstrate leadership and community service by organizing and carrying out an Eagle Project. For his project, Cameron built an Outdoor stage (deck) and cleared the surrounding area of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, in Exton.

Next session is Thursday, February 14, 1:30-5:00 p.m. You can volunteer from 2:00-3:00 pm or 4:00-5:00 pm, or both.
