CHANCEL FLOWERS THIS MORNNG are given to the glory of God and in honor of Nancy Wolfgang by Jim, Jane, Nathaniel, Alex and Eli.

PLEASE KEEP IN PRAYER our Middle School Youth and their leaders as they attend the Massanetta Springs Middle School Conference in Harrisonburg, Virginia from June 20-23.  Six CPC youth and two adults are attending.

MEMORIES, QUOTES AND DRAWINGS to remind the Blacks of the fun times here at Central can be placed on the bulletin board in the main hallway.  Please take an index card—we’d like all ages to participate!

PLEASE SIGN UP AT THE WELCOME CENTER if you plan to attend the celebration picnic for the Black Family on Sunday, June 30, after worship.  Or, you can call the office at 610-269-1576 to RSVP.

FUN WAY TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FAREWELL PICNIC for Tim and his family.  Jan Drury and Robin McMillen will be outside Fellowship Hall today after the service.  We are looking for volunteers to make either Fruit Skewers or Salad Skewers for the picnic on June 30th.  Jan and Robin will provide a kit with skewers, gloves and suggested recipes.  This is a nice way to participate in the event and your support is appreciated.  Each kit is for a dozen skewers.  Reach out to Robin McMillen if you have questions 610-836-1363.

COME AS YOU ARE CHOIR. Come to the choir room on Sundays at 9:00 am to prepare an easy-to-sing anthem for the service. If you have ALWAYS thought, “I’d like to try singing in the choir,” then come as you are—all voices and ages welcome!

WORLD REFUGEE DAY, June 20, is a worldwide day of recognition dedicated to honoring the resilience of the 25.4 million refugees around the globe. At Church World Service Lancaster, the mission is to welcome refugees into the community and to embrace them in all their uniqueness and beauty. They have received 65 new arrivals in the month of May!

WORK DAY AT GOOD WORKS.  This Saturday, June 22, from 9 am to 3 pm, join us for Good Works, a Christian nonprofit organization which exists to transform lives by repairing homes for low-income families.  Contact Koren Motel or Jim Lucas if you would like more information about volunteering for this ministry, for directions to the homeowner’s, and to RSVP for lunch. Thank you for your support!

PRAYERS FOR SAFE TRAVELS for our custodian, Pathman and his family as they go to Sri Lanka for a month to visit family.  If your group/ministry will need access to the church while he is away, please contact the church office about signing out a key for entering and locking up the building.

HYMN SING each fourth Sunday of the month at 9:15 am.  Come gather in the sanctuary on Sunday, June 23 at 9:15 am to suggest and sing your favorite hymns. Our organist, pianist and choir will be there to join in.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED.  In order to keep Café Central going for the summer, we need volunteers to sign up.  Please stop by the bulletin board next to the Welcome Center.  Thank you!

VBS SUPPLIES NEEDED.  VBS is in need of clean milk or juice cartons.  Please help us out by starting to save yours now.  A complete list of supplies needed will be coming soon and will be posted on the hallway bulletin board.

THERE ARE TWO SPOTS LEFT to help with our Summer Children’s Worship. On July 7 and August 4, we need two volunteers to teach children ages 4-8 during worship. Student helpers can also sign up. Complete lessons are available. See Amy Lisk for more information or to volunteer.  Thank you for your support of this ministry.

MINISTRY LEADERS, please let the church office know if your ministry/committee will be meeting during June, July and August. Also, if you are not meeting during the summer, we need to know your September start-up date and preferred fall meeting schedule. Please request a building usage form.   Thanks very much!
