CHANCEL FLOWERS THIS MORNING are given to the glory of God and in loving memory of Herminio Llevat by the Llevat Barainyak Family.

CONGRATULATIONS to Jessie Kottmeyer and Joey Lauser on the birth of their daughter, Alanna Grace Lauser, born November 15, 7 lb., 2 oz. and 20 ½ inches.  Proud grandparents are Carolyn and Mark Kottmeyer and proud great-grandparents are Mary Alice and Walt Kottmeyer.

THIS MORNING IS CONSECRATION SUNDAY, an opportunity for us to express our thanksgiving to God and our support of the work of our church through a financial commitment.  If you forgot your pledge card, there are extras available at the Welcome Center.  Simply fill it out this morning and place it in the envelope provided for confidentiality. If you missed bringing it forward in worship, hand it to the Welcome Center volunteer.  Thank you for your abundant generosity and participation in the ministry of CPC.

CHRISTMAS OUTREACH.  Please help the Honey Brook Food Pantry make Christmas a little merrier by donating cranberry sauce, turkey or chicken gravy, stuffing mix (like Stove Top), and/or a large aluminum cooking pan for the Pantry’s Christmas distribution.  The pantry provides a turkey and all the fixings, and anticipates 250 families will receive the holiday food.  Place your items in either of the boxes in the narthex by November 25.  Thank you!

DECK THE HALLS together on Sunday, November 25 from 4:00-5:30 pm. Plan to come with a plate of cookies to share and willing hands to help place beautiful decorations for Advent and Christmas. We will gather in Fellowship Hall at 4 p.m., and people will be put into teams for the various parts of the church we will “deck”–outside, narthex and halls, Fellowship Hall and the Sanctuary. A craft for children to work on will be provided that you can take to your own homes afterward. Please sign-up at the Welcome Center so we can put our decorating teams together efficiently. It will be so much fun to dress our church together.

SALVATION ARMY BELL RINGING – Once again Central is supporting the Salvation Army by ringing bells for their Red Kettle Campaign on Black Friday, November 23, at the Exton Mall. This is one of their major fundraising efforts that help support their programs throughout the year.  We need two volunteers to cover each hour from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.  All ages are welcome!  Please sign up at the Welcome Center today.  Contact Nash DeFord at 610-873-7089 for more information.

HEIFER ALTERNATIVE GIFT MARKET —All are welcome to come and learn about the important work of Heifer International.  Folks of all ages can come and learn about Heifer during Wonder on November 28 from 6:15-7:15.  Pastor Tim will lead us in some education and planning to help us prepare for the Marketplace on Sunday morning, December 2.  Join us for this time of learning and creative mission work!

INSTALLATION SERVICE.  Jim Thomas, who served as Associate Pastor here at Central from 1994 – 2008, would like to invite all CPC friends to his installation service at the Ridley Park Presbyterian Church in Ridley Park, PA on Sunday, December 2 at 4 pm. He began his ministry there on August 1 after nearly 10 years of fruitful ministry at the Lewistown Presbyterian Church in central Pennsylvania.
