THE CHANCEL FLOWER CHART hanging in the north narthex still has openings on October 1 and 15, and November 5 and 26. If you would like to donate flowers “in honor of” or “in memory of” a loved one, please sign up on the chart. Please make your check payable to the CPC Working Guild. The cost is $40. Flowers can be taken home immediately after the service, or you can designate that the Deacons deliver one or both to a shut-in. Thank you for sharing the beauty of your flowers with us in worship.
CROP WALK IS COMING SOON! It is Sunday, October 1, at 2 pm. (Registration begins at 1 pm.) This is an ecumenical event that raises funds and awareness to help end hunger locally and globally. Walkers leave from the CPC parking lot and walk on the Struble Trail. Over the last 31 years, our walk has raised over $410,000, with $82,000 of that amount going to help our local food pantries. Please see Dan Beam if you would like to participate and need a sponsor form, or if you can help at a registration table. Thank you.
COME AND ENJOY A DELICIOUS PANCAKE BREAKFAST before and after worship on Sunday, October 1. Kids of CPC, we will have chocolate chip pancakes for you!
