Calling all cooks (& people who love to eat their food!) Centralis gearing up for a Chili Cook-Off! Bring your favorite chili creations to be judged by the guests for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Drinks, vegetables, cornbread and desserts will be provided. Sign-up on Sunday at the Welcome Center! Get your recipes out, come up with a unique name, pull out your cowboy hats and boots and get ready to enjoy a fun evening with bluegrass music and good eats!
